We are delighted to introduce you to Caitlin Hall who has joined our team as an Apprentice.
Caitlin left Senior School in June 2018, with a total of 9 GCSE’s at high-level grades. Her primary focus at school was biology and was initially considering going to college to gain A levels with a view to moving into Nursing.
During the summer holidays in 2018, Caitlin worked at FFP gaining some basic admin skills. She is a quick learner and, eager to learn more, she progressed to more technical tasks fairly early on. She enjoyed the role so much she began to have doubts about her original plans to go to college. FFP looked into the various apprentice schemes available at A level equivalent for her to consider whilst encouraging her to continue with her initial plans to study Biology, Psychology and potentially also Criminology, before completely ruling this out.
Caitlin did enrol at college but left after a month as she was unhappy and decided to take up the Apprenticeship with FPP instead. She is now fully on board with us on an apprenticeship basis which started officially on 25th October 2018. She is also working successfully towards an ICQ qualification in Business Administration level 3 (equivalent to A Level) which she plans to complete within the next 12 months, before moving onto further studies and qualifications relating to finance.
Caitlin is providing excellent business support and has a keen interest to learn more on the technical side of financial services. She has a great work ethic and a positive attitude and is already proving to be a valuable asset to the team.
FFP are fully supporting Caitlin on her learning journey, she is excelling on her course and in the short time she has been with us, she has gained valuable life skills. She has a great future ahead of her.
