Lisa has been there every step of the way as our financial needs have changed over time.

Hi, I’m Angela Drew, and I’ve been with Lisa since November 2019.

The challenges that Lisa helped me with have been twofold. There was my brother’s care and selling the house to help with that. I also got some unexpected inheritance, which she helped me invest so that eventually we’ll be able to care for my husband.

She was very approachable. When she answered the phone, Lisa asked about us and how we were doing rather than going straight into the financial side of it. She made me feel very comfortable. She was easy to talk to.

She makes everything feel easier. Conversation? Easy. She explains everything perfectly.

My brother passed away two years ago, and she helped me sort all that out. She also understands that my husband has a long-term illness. He’s got Parkinson’s, so she understands that we are going to need care eventually and she has put everything into place for us.

Three words I would use to describe Lisa are understanding, empathetic and approachable.

I now no longer have to worry about what’s coming in the future. I can relax and be the full-time carer.

The best bit of advice that Lisa ever gave me was not to worry and to ring for advice if I need it.

I would definitely recommend Lisa, and have done. She is so approachable, so easy to talk to, so understanding and gives you a wide range of products that would help.
