  • DipFA (Diploma for Financial Advisers)

    This diploma is a high-quality route for meeting the standards required to provide financial advice. The programme is designed to reflect the role of an IFA, providing individuals with a thorough understanding of the profession and practical skills to apply in practice.

  • CeMAP 2 (Mortgages)

    Covers the mortgage advice process, including different types of mortgages, mortgage products, repayment methods, affordability assessments, and how to recommend suitable mortgage solutions.

  • CeMAP 3 (Assessment of Mortgage Advice Knowledge)

    A final assessment that tests the ability to apply mortgage knowledge in practical scenarios, including advising clients, understanding their circumstances, and ensuring recommendations meet regulatory requirements.

In the work groove

Kim brings 37 years of experience within the financial services profession, having started her career in retail banking before qualifying as an adviser in 2004.

In her role, she supports Lisa by helping to drive operational efficiency, maintain high service standards, oversee business systems and ensure the firm continues to meet its regulatory obligations.

Embracing me-time

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time at home with her family, including her husband, two sons and Cavachon dog, Oscar. She also enjoys eating out and socialising with her close group of friends.
